CHAPTER 1: WHy do we need to innovate? -  ORGANIZATIONS IN SEARCH OF A NEW BALANCE

In this opening chapter, you will learn why organisations are in turbulent waters today. Why are processes, that worked perfectly in the past, suddenly detrimental to the innovative power of your organisation? That's the key question in this chapter. You will also be introduced to important vocabulary such as 2D & 3D and “Red Monkey Innovation Management”, that will serve as a point of reference for the remainder of the Master Class.

CHAPTER 2: How do you MANAGE a PORTFOLIO? - 3D-BUSINESS UNITS ARE JUNGLES
